Games Developers and Publishers:

Prize Mobile partners with creative developers or publishers of new games, and the owners of back catalogue games, to select or create mobile video games suitable for its points rewards system, so as to build a portfolio for advertisers’ use.

Prize Mobile’s licensed partner game developers obtain an API toolkit to enable a points system to be inserted into new and old video games and connected to the Prize Mobile back end platform. Each game play move and points gained are recorded for use in a rewards program devised as an additional attraction to the public to play games offered free  by advertisers. The game player needs opt-in to give permission for use of personal details in exchange for obtaining any prize gained.

The games may be competitive in that they may utilise leaderboards and may use SMS and other means to allow players to interact on a social networking or community basis. Games may be promoted by the brand on TV or in the Press or Radio or by other means, and are not dependent on mobile network carriers for promotion.  It is envisaged that advergames will in general be promoted off deck and accessed by means of a short code promoted by the advertiser. . The games will be downloaded once to the mobile and players need reconnect  for each new game play.

The Prize Mobile system enables a new revenue avenue for games with prizes.

The advent of prize winning games opens games play to an entirely new audience of consumers of interest to major brands. In particular housewives and other CPG categories in the 24 -45 + age bracket. This audience is expected to dwarf that of existing games players. Prize Mobile games need  be available for play on all mobiles equipped with WAP, Android and i-phone technology.

Games envisaged for the advergame prize reward market are those such as quiz or trivia or arcade games that can be played in a short period of up to 10 minutes a game. Points can be accumulated over a period of repeated game plays, thus prolonging the overall play time for the player to obtain additional points and allowing for greater brand recognition.  Games with a continuation theme or with increasing levels of skill will be considered an advantage.

Prize Mobile licensed developer partners may be paid an upfront fee or collect fees on a performance basis related to the number of game plays which are monitored by the Prize Mobile platform. Games that attract popularity can create new leaders in the field of games developers. Developers of a new game need do so in conjunction with the advertiser or their agency.  Prize Mobile will assist in the calculation of prize rewards
